Before a repair begins a cost/benefit analysis is made to determine economic feasibility. A trained technician presents all viable options to you before the repair is begun. You can be confident that you have chosen the right solution. AE’s advanced repair process uses only the highest-grade materials combined with the finest workmanship. The result is a new, rebuilt or repaired motor or pump that meets or exceeds your original equipment.

AE is among a handful of shops with the expertise to completely rebuild almost any electric motor or pump. If necessary an AE technician strips the motor or pump to it’s original core and rebuilds it with the highest quality materials. The wire used to rewind your equipment meets the latest standard for high frequency inverter duty wire and uses class F or H insulation. Windings are tied down on both sides and tested on a Baker tester for phase to phase shorts and surge tested to industry standards set by E.A.S.A. Finally, the stator is immersed in class H varnish and cured to meet correct specifications.
